Topic: "PROMISE" God has given us His promise. The only way to receive whatever God has for us is by way of faith and patience, whosoever want to receive a great thing from God must not ask hastly. Every word or promise that goes forth from God is backed by the authority of His name and person as an oath. This authority backs the promise of our eternal inheritance in Christ, and surely, our hopes will be made good after we have patiently endured. This interval between the promise and its performance could be a long one. This interval is a trying time to believers. Those who patiently endure shall obtain the blessedness promised. God wants us to have strong consolation in Him, knnwing that His words are both infallible and immutable. Dear friends, whatever be your heart desire, remember that you are in Potter's hand, what God expect from us to bring His promise to pass in our lives is that He wants our souls to be anchored to the immutability of His word until we reach the harbour of fulfilment.
