Topic: "LEADERS" PART I In every organisation, establishment, or even in a country, either secular or sacred, the position and the personality of the leadership are paramount importance. The success of the goal or the actualization of the vision of an organization depends largely on the effectiveness and the efficiency of the leadership. The orderliness, severity and great achievement we have in some countries of the world are clearly seen to be due to the high quality of the leaders of subh countries. In the same vein, decadence and decay we have in many countries of the world today are also obviously seen in the poor quality of their leaders. In countries where leaders are patriotic, where they love their countries and have great concern for the citizenry, there are usually a lot of progress peace and prosperity . Also, the turmoil (tumult), turbulence, joblessness, restive youths and high level of crime we have in many poor countries of the world have been attributed to bad and currupt leadership. The Bible say " when the righteous are in authority the people rejoice but when the wicked bearth rule, people moun"(Prov.29:2) . Are you in the position of authority?
