Our actions or inactions produce either negative or positive impacts on the people around us, As a leader, your inaction will have negative impact on the lead, it is very impotant that we strive hard to take positive decision in order to impact our world positively. Who knows whether that bright idea of yours is the most awaited for this generation! The courage to put it across is what it is required of you.
